Check before downloading
Is this the right
Verity project?
Choose where you found it, the file type, and the CurseForge project ID. The checker catches film links, mirrors, APKs, and files from a different Verity project.
Where did you find it?
Choose the page you are currently looking at—not where a repost says it came from.
What file type is shown?
This checks whether the file type fits the project. It does not open or upload the file.
Which project ID?
On CurseForge, the numeric ID appears in project metadata or the page data.
Project details are missing
Find the platform and project ID before downloading. A title, thumbnail, filename, or high search result can still point to the wrong file.
Open the next stepThe checker compares public project details. It does not scan or upload the file itself.
Start with the project ID
Verity can mean ThatMob’s scripted films or one of several fan-made projects. The name and thumbnail won’t tell you which one you found. The project ID, maintainer, edition, file type, Minecraft version, and loader will.
The four projects we track
CurseForge IDs 1591438 and 1608031 are separate Java projects that use JAR files. IDs 1575941 and 1574632 are separate Bedrock projects that use MCADDON packages. ThatMob’s videos are the source for the film, but they do not contain a hidden download.
If the project isn’t listed
Don’t rename or convert the file. Save the project URL, numeric ID, maintainer, current release, and dependencies. Compare those details with the source list and safety checklist before opening anything.
